This card was inspired by the incredibly talented Cynthia Mewborn of Washington, DC. “I love music, I love singing. It’s better than ice cream,” she says with a smile. In addition to her love of music, Cynthia took her talents to the silver screen and directed the 2015 documentary “Whom Should I Be Grateful To?” which shares her inspiring story of overcoming some of life’s most formidable challenges. The film premiered in Washington, DC to a sold-out audience. Cynthia has been homeless twice in her life. From 2012-2014 and most recently she was forced back onto the streets in June of 2017.
